User Personas for empathic focus, site maps for exploring IA and Navigation, wireframes and interactive prototypes for de-risking design and development: a recipe for UX Redesign magic!
As soon as I learned what wire framing was, I fell in love so hard that I immediately convinced my agency's Creative Director to let become a part of the design process on our new project for FastMed. Soon, I was giving the client a detailed walkthrough of interactive prototypes.
For national urgent care chain, FastMed, we had already evolved their branding and their online experience needed a user-centric, modern and mobile facelift. To inform a simplified IA and website navigation, a colleague and I parterned on stakeholder interviews, heatmap analysis, data analytics, and a detailed content audit.
I presented revamped site maps and interactive prototypes to the client to get everyone on the same page, so we could spend our design and development hours on something we were all excited to build. The work we did enabled users to more easily find a location to visit and understand wait times.

Wireframes were interactive for desktop and mobile to show responsive states.
