User Journeys can be deceptively simple or staggeringly complex, but they are always critical to understanding what your users should feel, think, say and do in every key moment.
I sat down with the CEO of CRISP, a newly formed creative agency to discuss some ideas I have for their first website. UX was still very new to everyone at the time and I sold my idea with a little humor and a whole lotta swagger.
These user journeys were integral in the development of CRISP's website. Once you know your audience, you need to make sure the paths you want them to take online are not only available, but clearly seen and followed to the desired action.
